This is our LAST BATCH (this season)of this i ncredible salt made with the green scapes that grow off the garlic plants in the Spring and Summer. We also add in fresh garlic so you get two layers of extreme garlic flavor using the entire plant! You can't get scapes any other time of year in New England so we're stocking up on it and so should you! This is a sugar, gluten and dairy free blend like all our other garlic salts. If you're a fan of our Original garlic salt this blend takes it to the next level. This salt is also a great AP Seasoning for those who mean business when they smoke or barbeque meats. This is what you get the foodie that has everything!
