Our vanilla extract is tough to get because we extract it for well over 12 months using double the amount of Grade A Vanilla beans plus locally sourced spirits. At the end of extraction, we scrape the insides of the beans (the caviar) into the extract, so you get those coveted brown flecks in your baking. Perfect gift for mom, bakers, chefs or home cooks!
