Roasted Delicata Squash

SWEET AND SALTY DELICATA SQUASH
This easy recipe can be applied to any squash or even carrots. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Simply cut the squash lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the squash into half moons and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive or avocado oil, season with a pinch of your favorite Hippy Pilgrim Garlic Salt plus a sprinkle of Hippy Pilgrim Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Sugar. Toss to coat and roast for 40 minutes flipping halfway through. Simple...easy....delicious! Your kids will eat it too! One great thing about Delicata Squash is that the skin becomes super soft when roasted and is completely edible. This is a timesaver because peeling squash can be a pain in the butt.
